Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Autarchi Social (the "Service"), operated by KRONOLITH Europe ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Autarchi Social is a self-hosted tool for scheduling, drafting and publishing content to third-party social media platforms (such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), Pinterest, Threads, Mastodon, Bluesky) on behalf of the authenticated account owner, using each platform's official API.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You may only connect social media accounts that you own or are authorised to manage.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must comply with the terms, policies and community guidelines of every third-party platform you connect and publish to.
• You are solely responsible for the content you create, schedule and publish through the Service, including its legality and any rights required to publish it.
• You must not use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, spam, or harmful content, or to violate any platform's automation or rate-limit rules.

4. Third-party platforms

The Service integrates with third-party platforms that are independent of us. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for platform availability, API changes, content moderation decisions, or actions those platforms take against your accounts.

5. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the content you publish. We claim no ownership over it. The Service's software, branding and design remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. See our Disclaimer for details.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KRONOLITH Europe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or if required to protect the Service or third parties.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection rights under the law of your country of residence remain unaffected.
